You never give a "approval guarantee" on this kind of service, simply because it's down to the network at the end of the day and you cannot guarantee anything unless you either have some sort of affiliate manager hook-up, your a affiliate manager (Or above) in the network yourself or have some super-CPA method.

Spenzo, having a aged website doesn't effect the aproval rate for CPA accounts, you can easily say that it's a new website that your going to be pushing PPC traffic to, which explains the recent domain and poor offsite SEO.
