If you don't have the budget to pay for one or be creative, AKA - buy the report off a fiverr gig - I doubt you will have the budget/creativity to outrank your competition anyway.

Free tools work, but i always suggest to go for a paid/pro as free options usually lack accuracy and deep knowledge . BY the way if you need, i can give you ahrefs or majestic reports for one or 2 links for free. feel free to PM me. hope it may help.
