Need Coder to make panel with JS that replace link on lander

I want to make a panel with landing page add option also i can findout my thieves who stolen my lander .,

and i want to replace links / iframe for stolen lander/domains through my panel .

so i can silently (takeback) redirect + link replace + iframe change without notification to my thieves and obviously %percentage basis.

all the things must be done with JS code (OBF/MIN) so it will be hard to find the code to remove for thieves.

What do you mean by landing page add option?
