Need coder for new adware/popup software

im looking to get a custom adware/popup software were the user will download a browser and i will infect the computer and be able to make my ads pop up on all there searches and also make there urls redirect to any site of my choice!!! i have a list of features i need so if your a coder or know a good coder please contact me!!!

also im willing to jv with this project ....theres very big money with this when i use it with my other monetizing methods!

i believe this is how PPV works...but just so u know if u go ahead and make alot of cash get ready for legal issues...otherwise its a prety lucrative venture...good luck to u

Why would this not be allowed here? You offer a program, there is a check box saying you will also install some relevent ad display program in the terms and conditions, then during installation install a service and there you go, nothing difficult, nothing under hand. Fair enough on the other hand, you could do this underhandledly, but that was explicity state by the OP.
