Need code for template

Hello there people... So one guy showed me how to install build content locker on cpabuild, now problem is that I deleted .txt file which he had left me to have guidance... I remember that first I have to make content locker on cpabuild, I will get a link, then onto my website where I will copy image and put link into this site: https://www.base64encode.org/

it goes something like this : {link of picture} {name}, after that I will enocde it and will be given bunch of numbers which I will put behind my link which cpabuild... it will go like this cpabuild.com?s1=and this enocded thing....

I would like to ask him, but he ain't right now here and I need this really bad... and I'm not into coding
