Ok, I know there is a thread about techchuck cloning here. I'm just too busy to go through 17 pages. And I know if you are looking at this thread most likely you already have a clone of it.
On your part, all you will have to do for this job is zip all your cloned files/sql and sell it to me. I don't need any customization, I just need working clone with all the plugins.
