Churn and burn is usually a short lasting method, accs or w/e that you squezee as much money as possible out of it.

In bings case each account has to be made with different vcc, proxy and vps.

Churn and burn in this case means:
An account used for a short period of time, and not meant to survive. This could be because of a blackhat offer / landing page, or wanting to abuse the bing ad coupons, or for whatever reason that the person does not want to use the account long term, or cannot because of bans.
It means accounts you are not afraid to lose, but your goal is to just make money while it is alive and keep it hidden. I don't do BH on bing, my recommendaton for anyone who does is to at least know what you are doing and hide your tracks, as it can be easy to get caught if you don't hide yourself. Im sure heisenborg can help with that. I will say his service helped me.

here in the churn and burn refers to one time usable accounts. where you create account the payment method will be for one time use. could be paypal, wire,vcc, or any card. like Invoicing accounts for adwords once you make the payment you cannot topup again and will work only for higher budgets on bing and adwords.
