Need chrome extension installs

Hello,

I have made a Chrome extension and would like to push up the number of current users. If anybody can do this then please let me know your rate ($ per 100 downloads or whatever). It helps if you can assure me somehow that the number won't start dipping the day you get your payment.

EDIT: It's a legit extension that doesn't do anything illegal or dicey. The only reason I want to push up the download numbers is because people aren't taking it seriously because of the low download figure right now. It's a chicken and egg situation and I'm hoping to kickstart the cycle by pushing up the numbers myself.
