yes there are few which can work, but they have conditions like you wont use it for scam, else casino or lottery or like real high risk business there are some gateways, i know one guess it charge around 3-5% for both payin(deposit) and payout(withdrawal)


But they only approve if you have more than 50KINR (or 5500USD) monthly volume(to be honest very less)
