Need Cheap Website Traffic Seller

Hi Guys ,
I am need of very cheap website traffic . If anyone could suggest me a good whole seller or reseller site which offers very cheap (cheapest in whole industry ) would be very help full .

I don't need it be adsence safe . I only need it to be shown in Google analytic's .

I have already bought some traffic 25k traffic from maxvisits for 25$ and for me it is not a good deal as i want traffic at nearly 10 - 50 Cents for 1k visitors .
