Okay I'm Looking for a Managed VPS with cPanel ( for my new LOCAL hosting business )
8 GB ram, 4 Core.
I don't care if you give me a shared cpanel license of whatever, just keep the price down as low as you can, will buy ASAP.
or if Anyone can suggest any provider, please go ahead.

No Man, I've mentioned that it's for a web hosting company and regular local customers, they want cpanel

Reseller account should work fine for you. In this case you will avoid possible issues with separated Cpanel account management.
What is your price range?
