Need cheap Linux VPS Cpanel

This is what I am looking for:
Linux server with Cpanel that will not limit my emails per hour, or stop my cron jobs.
I only assume I need a VPS because that is what all the big hosts are telling me.
I dont want to be limited to 500 emails per hour, or cron jobs to run /15 max.

So I only really want to email market to my (double opt in) customers for under $30/month. I use Interspire.

what specs do you need?

I think you might have to have your own cpanel license, or just use the first two week's free trial cPanel to set it up.
 
Your still going to be looking at 15 bucks just for cpanel then 5 to 10 to 15 bucks for the vps

their site is full of lorum text and they are overpriced just to send emails
 
@Hudson, correct.

However if only needed to setup in beginning, OP might get away with using the free two week trial you get when you install cPanel and not need it after that.

Yes I am aware so I am looking for the cheapest hosting if it needs to be VPS, $15 or cheaper per month, and then cpanel $15 so up to $30/month
 
If you do 100% legal mailing, you can check Bacloud offers. They are ok with mailing.

Choosing a web host is not an easy thing to do cos there are many web hosting providers available in the hosting services market.
