I second traffic holder you can control the amount of traffic hourly, set the niche where its coming from, gio target and even have have people who have a lust for women with big tits visit your site! Its mainly adult traffic but they do have a decent section dedicated to providing normal exit page traffic and not porn hungry punters!
Other than that you could try

You can get 30 days worth of real traffic for $4 - $6 you wont get thosands of visitors per day but its real and natuaral and unlike some traffic providers aint 40% bots. Set up a few ads on other sites and you have multiples sources of traffic coming in!
You can even arb if your smart and get your traffic for free. Set up some adverts and ask for $10 per week then go to the buy section and buy incoming traffic which is actually providing more traffic to your site but is half the price. Thats a nice source of traffic and your making $5 on each and every ad. Works for me
Lastly theirs blacklabelads, cant really comment on service provided as aint got round to setting up an account but from what I hear their an adult version of google adwords but half the price and much more tolerent to blackhat, adult, spam traffic!
