Need cheap hosting fast!

I wasted 5$ on vultr and did noting. I don't recommend them.
I waited until monday and deposit some money on my bank account.
My host went down and because I spended all money from my bank account I lost around $400-$500 (all of my websites was down for 3 days) , so from now on I will always have $50-$100 in my bank that will be for emergency only
