need business plan, i got a 5k grant!

Long story short i can have a 5k grant from some local program for peopel starting business so i said why not start a "Internet marketing" business but i have to make a business plan on how i will spend all the money... to get the grant

and the money has to goto company's and institutes, etc.... not individuals and or groups of individuals

any ideas, plans on how to spend the $5000??

honestly im use to taking the free routes for everything so any help, ideas and plans would be appreciated

I would like to find out the information you have. I was thinking about trying to get a grant.

Why not use the grant to purchase software for RSS submitting, directory submitters, mass social bookmarking, backlink checking, email creating, and many other related software items. While in reality, you could end up getting cracked versions of all of these and taking the $5,000 that was supposed to be used for those and investing it into domains, adwords, or any other imaginable purchases.
