I'm currently using bulletproofvps and you can use it for everything you want, no DMCA complaints and pretty much no worries.

You can get mutiple host if you google for email hosting
but very few provide clean ips which is imp to reach the prospective clients

As a general any vps/dedicated can do for any activity like emailing or seo tools or things like that.

The problem is how you build up / use those tools.

In general the admins are not looking in your container to see what are you running the problem appear when you abuse the resources or burn IP's or you "blacklist" the vps/dedi in any way....

I can run any emailing script on any VPS if you do that using 50-60 proxy. As long as the admin's abuse email will not be full of complaining towards your vps they will don't have any problem or as long as their IP's stay clean.

The same works with seo tools...

Now you can always find a provider that allows this kind of tools but many times their IP's are blacklisted, banned and so on. So you will find in the situation where your inbox rate will be very low and you will not understand why or you will blame your list.

In this case in particular (emailing) as an example a single emails send without the proper protocol can get your IP banned. I exaggerate a little here but not too much.

So instead of looking for bulletproof vps / dedi try to look for bulletproof mailing scripts and a good proxy provider...

As a second tip... depending on what you want to achieve... if you want to go slow instead of getting a vps you can use pc with a dedicated IP form a big internet provider, usually those IP are harder to be banned. don't take this for granted run your own tests.

You know better what is your purpose for bulletproof vps.You can get dediacated vps at low cost from different providers but improtant thing is selecting the right one some of them are technicaly very good but when it comes customer support they are not up to mark.
