I need a bulletproof hosting provider for webspace & domain. Preferred in russia or china. Has to accept Liberty Reserve.

What do you host and what is your budget?

For domain - nobody offers true bulletproof domains.

just a small website. needs to be joomla friendly. budget I don't really know. I need it for 3 month.

if there's no such really bulletproof domain, is there any provider who accepts the details I provide him without backchecking?

there is both bp host and bp domains.. i can advice you what and where is best for you..it all depends how much money u can spend. send me pm with info what u need exactly and i let u know.

This is not true..how can u say ofcourse there are bulletproof domains
just uptime depends on is it friendly spam or no and how much you mail to it.
