need bulk email tool?

Not clear on what is your requirement. Could you explain in more details?
 
There are multiple tools available for bulk emailing. I use MaxBulk Mailer.
You need an SMTP service which allows bulk or mass mailing.
 
You may want to rather post your requirements in the WTB subforum or simply search the BHW marketplace.

Yes I want SMTP service what is best and not spamming??

If many tools send to spam, I bet it's not about the tools. All of the tools cannot be bad altogether, they are just a relay for your message.
More so is MailChimp that has gained reputation for deliverability over the years, they monitor these kind of things by first ensuring that their users are not spammers.
If you're sending virtually all the messages to spam folder, ask yourself some questions:

Is my mail content worth going to inbox or does it trigger spam filters?
Are DNS properly configured as to let ESPs understand the authorization from my sender domain?
Am I sending FROM a relatively new email domain name with low sending history?

How many emails have you started with?

I want to send about 100k Emails to an email list for make offers and events email has images also links so when I start send mail with my hosting (share host provider) STMP it go to inbox but after few tries I got all mails in spam

you need a dedicated SMTP server that's not shared with anyone else warm up the server by sending small numbers then increasing if you want to send 100K emails in a day then you might want to get few more (20+) IPs for your your server then every few hours check your email spam score through some email test website

That's the problem. For such a huge volume.
You have to change your approach towards this thing. It requires patience man. Sending a 100k emails per day won't hit it. And I also have no idea how new your domain is, and for such a huge spike in sending volume in one day, most ESPs will yell SPAM at you. How about setting up a custom SMTP on dedicated IPs. There are services for that in the marketplace. Just look around the forum.

If you have less patience on IP/domain warmup, go with a provider that uses Gmail SMTP in their setup. Otherwise, warmup for 30 days with SMTP-only option in WarmUpInbox.

I am not affiliated with them tho, just trying to suggest here based on my experience.

So if I use different IPsand my own server this will be ok?

I mean check BHW marketplace providers, I have seem some guys use a bunch of gmass or Google workspace accounts. Something like that. You don't have to set it up yourself. Just purchase from pre-warmed server that's cold-email friendly. That's the point.

I'm sorry for asking multiple times, but even if I send the same email from various IP addresses, will it still not be marked as spam?
 
I tried several, but turned out MailChimp was best option without question.
