You can buy twitteraccountmanager by white hat box for making twitter accounts in bulk. but i would suggest not getting in making accounts, better to buy ready accounts as you wont have to handle one more piece of software and you can focus on your main task of marketing through those twitter accounts.

There are no working account creator for twitter at the moment as most developers are not interested to use API of those PVA provider. Which is really a pity. You can try to bulk create using the twitter mobile app but eventually once you begin to use, you would be asked for PVA which you have to do manually one by one.

There are some threads on BHW sell NON-PVA twitter accounts. So, there must be some software to do that!

that ain't true, just because it's not available for the wider public or mentioned here, it's still out there, i can't say where though, because it would consider as promoting another (paid) forum which is against the rules
it's a desktop bot, but it uses the mobile version of twitter to create the accs, if you want to dodge the PVA request when creating the accs, you would need good ips and you must not create more than 1 account per ip per day

Yes I did mention you can use the mobile app to create multiple account. But the problem will surface eventually asking you for PVA. Why spend time building followers and eventually get stuck for PVA? The lifespan of the twitter account could be longer if you do PVA. If OP just want to mass create without considering the lifespan of the account then he should try to use a custom bot builder to develop this script for him. As it is currently, there are no public bot available.

Your software can not export password of the email used to created Twitter Account. It can only export Twitterusername:TwitterPassword:Email
