[need] bot to create forums accounts...??

Besides Xrumer, does anyone know of any good bots or apps that can automatically register accounts on forums..??
I need around 10 Accounts per forum..
Probably gunna need a CAPTCHA Breaker/Solver in it too..
some kinda auto email registering + Forum account verifier too..
Anybody have any suggestions at all for something like this..??
Or is Xrumer the best app to accomplish this kinda task..??
