Need bot or script to copy data from old forum to new forum

I have vBulletin forum version 3.8.2 only have link no admin user and password
I need bot to copy the forum threads and posts for users from this old forum to my new forum

Only I need the forum thread and posts

I need this bot to help me to save the content for this site, because this forum it's will close in DEC 2014

Note: the threads number is 544,767

and the posts number is 6,215,621

the forum in Arabic Language
