Hii @Tanjiro B here are few steps i would recommend you before your start blogging:
Firstly understand your purpose on what topics or area you are interested into writing blogs and accordingly understand your niche.
Secondly, on which platform your niche (target audience) is more active.
Lastly, Set up and design your blog. It's important that you should deliver quality content to your audience which will increase engagement with your audience as well.

Do: find a bunch of low-competition keywords, then write and update content in bulk initially.
Don't: Find one keyword, write and update.
Just 10 to 15 contents are enough initially. Then follow drip-feed.

Start by selecting a suitable niche, now a days , its very hard to actually find a low competitive one. Then do some keyword research and which familiar to you. After some do some research on your own, do some digging. While writing break down the article, and segment should be keyword themed. There is lots to learn, but that takes time. Cannot be done overnight. So, be patient.

Thankfully, there is an easier way to do things.
Believe it or not, by being late in the game, you're giving yourself a tremendous advantage.
Why?
The people who go before you in targeting a niche, building websites, and flat-out failing, are doing your homework for you.
By the time you come along and build your own website, you can focus on learning from their mistakes.
How? Use survivor bias to work for you instead of against you.
As long as you're clear as to what niche you're targeting, you only need to look for keywords using the Google Keyword Suggestion tool to find websites that rank for the niche that you are targeting.
These are the websites that get most of the traffic.
Use a paid SEO tool to find their keywords, and filter those keywords based on difficulty as well as monthly search volume.
