Start by learning setting up website, learn how to choose a niche, keyword research, article writing and seo.

You should select a niche first. The more specifiee is the better for competition. Search keywords for that niche, target KW that are low difficulty and have decent traffic so you can rank for those KW first and get some authority. Create articles and post as many as you can, content must be of good quality as google loves that.

Nope, I haven't seen someone doing this lately.
You can try substack tho if you have a following.
For step by step guide try to search google for affiliate marketing/blogging course by matt diggity and by authority hacker pro.
Both this course are banned from sharing at bhw so don't even ask.

if you want to start blogging then first you need to find any best course of blogging. But make sure you have some investment because you cannot start it with 0$.

have you any idea, why these were banned from here? As I can see from reviews, they seem to be a really useful course to pass on (maybe, except their price)

My personel advice: My blog sites are halfly ai content created but still doing good. It's all about subject and tittle attraction sometimes. Do not waste time! (ai contents not affected from core-updates, still has hit due to subjects)
