Hello I need any blackhat expert for my sites...individual or company please suggest...thanks

What is it that you need for your sites?

Build them out with content?
SEO?
Design?

I'd like to add that this is a really tough question for folks here to answer, and you're going to get a LOT of peeps posting in here with self promotion. Most the members here either do SEO themselves, outsource SEO tasks, or sell SEO services... it will be hard to find somebody to actually recommend a full service SEO company. Since you've been here three years, have you learned any SEO on your own... so you might be able to outsource via the marketplace here? That is my suggestion.
