Need black hat techniques for client

I have a client who wants me to use black hat techniques to get his site on the first page of Google in the least amount of time. He doesn't care if it results in getting his site eventually banned. I don't know the Black-Hat techniques to do this. Can anyone give suggestions?

I currently have his other site on page two #4 and climbing using white/grey hat techniques. However, he really wants this other site up there like tomorrow. any help would be appreciated.

Oh, and to reply to the original post, I don't think you can get #1 in one day in organic results. Now, if we are talking about news results o ukscubas method... it might be a different story.

I think it 's more reasonable to expect positions 1-3 within 2 weeks and bear in mind that wikipedia i not an easy oponent.
