Im after a VCC for bingads, Looking at a cheap setup and less than ?5 on the card, I hope to spend less then ?5-3 if possible.
BEFORE ANYONE says use entropay/spectrocoin or similar i can not afford to wait the time it will take to verify the account.
Any help is appreciated.
