Need BH SEO for my ecommerce website

I have several websites, but I am a newbie to BlackHat SEO.

I need to hire someone to explain and implement BH SEO for this ecommerce site.

I would like to work with someone who has references on this site.

I am in the process of building the site out, etc, but the bh SEO is all new to me. After doing lots of research here, there's still some things I do not understand.

I think I need to understand it before I can make a decision about what I need to do. So if we can talk about it, then I can let you know what I'd need to do, then I can set a budget. Hope that makes sense.
