Firstly manually create accounts on high page rank web2. 0 blogs. Then if possible for you to write or get unique articles if not then spun the article manually and then post these articles to the web2. 0 blogs. Also try to post 1 article on every week on each web2. 0 blogs by doing this it will increase the authority of these blogs. Hopefully these short tips will help you.

You should have old web 2.0 Accounts with activity if you really want good results build them so that you can reap later
