Need Bad Ass PHP Coder

We are having a music site developed, pretty much a music search engine like beemp3 and to make a long story short its not turning out at all how we want, our coder currently sucks. Looking for someone extremely skilled who can finish this job and redo what is needed.

Looking for someone who i dont need to hand hold through the process, just say what we need and they know what to do and can come back with more suggestions.
