I am looking for a company/person that can do backlinking for me on a monthly basis. Please only reply if you are responsible. I spend a lot of money and I'm really sick of dealing with people that can't respond to emails or PM's.

I need someone that can handle all sorts of backlinks. Article submissions, social bookmarks, xrumer, Angelia type links, etc.
