Need backlink development strategy

Hi,

I need help with backlink development strategy. I have a few Affiliate-Shops and I need help to get backlinks and promote the shops. To get human visitors and buyers.

What I don't need? Someone who have no idea/strategy and only uses his tools to make mass backlink generation without using his brain.

1. Develop a first layer link wheel of 20xWeb2.0 sites that links to your money site (your main site)

2. Develop a second layer link wheel to each of the sites in your first layer link wheel using other Web2.0 sites

3. Bookmark and ping each of the sites you develop above

1. How many sites should be have a linkwheel of the second layer?

2. Is there a possibilty to automate this a little bit? Or is it better handmade?

Why g00gle can't detect a linkwheel very easy? And then you maybe get banned.

Obviously, I'll be using my keywords to link from each spoke site of the wheel, back to the focus hub. But, what keywords should I use to go between links that form the wheel itself?
