Need autoblogging plugin

Something simple, I want to make a basic news site and it should pull from a list of websites. I also need to control the length of the posted article.

Does something like this exist?

One of the Jr VIPs has a banner for this as he is a dev and makes these types of plugins, but I cannot think off the top of my head who it is.
