Need Auto Play Script Made For Website

This is now the 4th time I am hiring someone to do this. Seems no one in BHW can be trusted to make this.
Everyone talks a big game and than can't deliver and try and run off and scam me (Had to file 3 PayPal Claims)
to get my money back each time. Maybe you can be the skilled developer to complete this job since no one
else can do this SIMPLE project.

I run a music website and I need an autoplay script made. Something where someone lands on the site. There
is i-frame code there and the page that is i-frame'd will begin autoplaying. Normally you need to click the mouse
on the play button, I want it to be where a visitor lands on the site and the song begins to autoplay or by moving
the mouse the song begins to autoplay.
