Need Auto Instant Approve heath blogs list for comments PLZ

Guy's i am new in SEO and my company allotted me task to comments on Health/Nursing blogs but from morning i am not able to do any comments each blog put my comment in Moderation. So plz is any body help me plz give me a small list of Health related blogs which approve comments insistently. A very small list will be mean me alot. i am need only 70 - 80 blogs.

Plz guy's help me today. I am online on this forum and waiting for reply.
