Hi, just paid upgrade for my first account, and did not know the 2FA screen will appear. I forgot the account password and lost access to my gmail account that I use to create the first account in BHW. Any support team can assist me on this issue? or how do i reach them?

I believe they might have a queue. It may take a small bit of time. I wouldn't advise sending multiple support requests, though. If you've submitted the first request, then you should be fine. They will get to you when it's your turn.
Did you create the support ticket with this account and an email you DO have access to? If so, then you should receive your response.
It's also the weekend and staff do have time off work, plus they are in different time zones who handle support tickets.
