Need Article Writers

I have a hip hop website and I am looking for writers to write summary for different video interviews. Please let me know what your rates are for this like this

Sorry, I might sound an idiot, but I am just curious to know that in order to write a short summary for a video, do we have to go through it completely. For instance, if a video is 30 minutes long, so do we have to spend 30 minutes viewing the video before we can start writing its summary. Please clarify this doubt, then if feasible, I'd give it a try.

In addition to what this member above me is asking, do we need to write direct quotations as to what the speakers are saying or it's literally writing a gist of what we saw and heard from the video?
 
I would also like to know the answers to the questions above. You should have at least set conditions about this job. It would depend on the number of words and the duration of the interview. Anyhow, I think I could do this job.

I think he wants a short summary, so I suppose after viewing the video we'd have to write what the video is all about in 50-100 words. I have handled a kinda similar project in the past, but that about writing articles after viewing a popular TV series. Two different ball games.

Waddup b! Im writing articles for music pages and websites since long time , well if you talking about hip hop i use to write for hotnewhiphop website. I have knowledge about old school to undergroud and everyday scenes happening in Hip Hop . I can write well as i have knowledge n skills plus i assure the content i write will get you traffic (users) on your website as well. I checked out the video. The video's length is 1.50 minutes and the content's length is 250 words, so it would take 30 minutes max to summarize a video. $3 per video minimum, provided I got to write 250 words for it. Let me know if this suits you.
