Need Article submitter

Hi, i have my syster creating articles/posts for my blog and now i have more thant 500 articles for submit / upload it to internet (articles directories, blogs, etc)

What software can i use, prefer that update the list for sites for upload articles and where get it.

Thats a lot of articles to submit at once just to your own blog if you want to do that use a ftp program like filezilla
