[NEED] Application for movie rentals

Good day, I want to make a project based on an application for android, smart tv and browsers.

This application would aim to provide audiovisual content for rent (I have the copyright) and would be something like Netflix in terms of design.

With regard to the content of the application, it should be simple and easy to use.
I hope you can help me in this project with some suggestion or how to start.
