i am using xsitepro for my site
but i wonder why

seocrownz.com
and
seocrownz.com/index.html or http://www.seocrownz.com
are different ?
how can i change that cached ?

I cant seem to get any to load they are all still connecting
take it back must be the kids on the xboxes stealing my bandwidth

not really sure what you mean but what is cached is from the last time google came around 25 Jul 2009 07:32:41 GMT
so if you have just changed your site and are wanting whatever is in the cache to change why not ping your site and google will come around again soon.
If thats what you mean

Well I tried them and they take ages to load for me I would have clicked back normally.
Can you not go into cpanel and put in a permanent redirect from

to

http://www.seocrownz.com

Not saying this is the best answer but it would work
