Need another Craigers...

I'm getting tired of trying to promote in Craigslist as they keep adding more and more checks in order to post. Anyone else using craigslist for marketing have ideas? Forums are tough cookies too, esp the vbulletins. I'm not looking for SEO value, rather direct marketing.

I'm not sure I understand your question? Sorry, the title just confused me. You're wanting something new to try?

I would suggest looking around the forum and finding a method or two that interests you and running with it. No one knows your interests, etc, so we can't really tell you what to try. There's plenty of things available, so just look around and try something.

sorry for the vagueness.

I was using CL to post ads with links to freebies. Users would get the feebie after completing a simple lead gen. All niches can be targeted as I can find a freebie (software, ebook, music, etc) for that niche.

I'd like to find something similar to CL that I can post ads and get that traffic. Just trying to spread my efforts as CL is my only option as of now.
