Need anonymous bank account

I don't know why you don't want to add your real bank account and I won't ask since you specifically said not to, so instead I'll say this: if you don't withdraw to your real bank account, you're going to have a hard time either with heavy fees, or with jumping through hoops to get your money. Since you're in the US, you have the advantage of easily opening up a US bank account, but if you don't want to go down that route then you'll have to do what a non-resident needs to do to access their funds.

For example, you can buy currency (Bitcoin like mentioned above, or gold/silver) - but as I mentioned you're going to deal with heavy fees with Bitcoin since Paypal is seen as a high risk payment method for that. And with gold/silver, you will have to do some extra steps, such as wait for it to arrive then resell it to finally have your money.

You're going to have to get creative here to make everything work.
