Need android app permissions scraped

From what I could make out, you need to be logged into Google Play store and hit the 'Install' button to see the permissions required by the app.

Can you scrape the permissions required for at least 400K apps? If so, what would you charge for the data and the script?

PM me. I do data scraping. I can set this up in a Python script on my linux machine and get you as many as you want.

umerjutt00 : Working on an idea to provide search based on permissions. For instance, if you are looking for a flashlight app, you don't need an app that requires network permission.

Oops, looks like I can't even respond to PMs.

Could you guys PM me how much you'd charge. Do keep in mind that I want the data for at least 400K apps already scraped and the script. Also, if the script relies on a person being logged into the app store, then there's a possibility that Gooogle might block access.
