Need Analysis of website

Hey all. I have a website that used to be top 10 for very competitive keywords. Last Sept/Oct it lost most of its authority. No penalty from Google in GWT but pretty sure its either been hit by the latest Panda/Hummingbird updates or someone has worked negative SEO on it.

I need an analysis done on the site and a plan put together on how to fix it. I need a full backlink report made and a list put together of all spam backlinks that need to be removed.
