Need an SEO Consultation

I have a site where the majority of traffic is coming in from Advertising and Social media, with zero from SEO. It's a music blog, and I need to figure out the steps needed for google to pick up on this. I'm a fast learner but just slow with SEO and need guidance from a professional. I only need an hour or 2 of Consultation from one of the more established members on here, and I am willing to pay for the time, as long as I can get some good information. I'm not looking to be spoon fed, but I am hoping to get some basic pointers that go along with the type of site I have on how to start getting good onsite and offsite SEO.
