Hello, I need an Indian to do Mobile recharge for me. I will pay you via Paypal. None of the sites are accepting paypal as their payment processor.
If anyone is willing please PM me with your fees.

Maybe he has hacked paypal =====> u will recharge ======> he will send money from that =====> and you get charge back.

lol, i don't have my real own income, I am a students who has earned some money via cpa. I don't want my parents to pay for my mobile bills, thats it. As for my daily life is concerned, my parents pays for it

That site, is that legit?
What is stealth paypal account? A friend of mine living outside India created that account with REAL info, but is unverified due to lack of bank account.

Is it an Indian paypal account?
If yes, you have to link a credit card to pay or transfer money from paypal because you can't use your existing balance for shopping.
Also, you can't transfer this money to another Indian as paypal doesn't allow India to India transfer.

it says
Rs 100 - $3.60 USD

That's like 220rs for 100rs recharge that's insane

I can recharge your cell in exchange of paypal if its legit but the minimum recharge amount will be 500

every online recharge option be it Airtel or Vodafone accepts debit cards and net banking, so what is the point of paying someone in $ through PayPal?

As per I know paypal immediately starts transferring money to bank account for indian paypal account. So, if you are an indian then without bank connection, on what basis paypal holding your money ?

I second that. Paypal automatically transfers money to bank account (in India).
