I need an Incent Network which has some descent download offers for desktops.I have some download traffic and tried various PPI Networks,like CINSTALLER,AMONETIZE,Perinstallcash,********** and many more, but their rates are so bad,i am not earning that much i used to some months back.Kindly suggest some good Incent networks with download offers.
