Need an image editing android app made

I am looking for a minimalist, basic app for android to batch edit photos. I want to be able to add a set of pictures and have the app edit them simultaneously and deliver me a set of edited pictures, with the settings of my choosing (beforehand, obviously). Speed and efficiency is key, I need a bare bones app that does just this and is easy and fast to use. I want the pictures to be recognisable, but different. Slight rotation, crop, focus (blend everything but subject, or blend everything but circle in the middle, also a slight difference in contrast, hue, saturation), and horizontal image flip. And a general "distortion" EVERY EDIT, MUST BE Different. every time I press the Generate button, the outcome should be random, and different. No one generation should be the same, ever. I want to be able to control the intensity and amount of the effects. Can someone make an app like this for android?
