Need an imacro post script written

I need an imacro script that will post an article/blog to the following sites (or at least as many as possible):

Xomba
Associated Content
Blogevolve
Yousaytoo
Articletrader
InfoBarrel
HubPages

I would like to be able to setup one or more articles in an excel file with the tags and such and it go through and post to each site, prompting me for the captcha if needed.
