Need an IG API developer

I got a developer to make me a program, but it doesn't do everything I want it to do. But come to find out what I want it to do, should be able to be achieved in IG's API. Anybody have an experience programing in Instagrams API?

You'd probably have better luck saying what language the program is coded in so mfar. Do you have the source so it can be expanded, or will it need to be built from scratch. Also, something may already exist if you specify what you want the program to do

So what I have is a program that will scrape emails out of bios. But what I need is something that will scrape emails from the email button in the instagram api. Current program does not use api. And the email button only shows up if you use instagrams api.
