need an idea, paypal closed my account

I'm working with paypal for 3 years and now my paypal account closed.
They closed my account with 3k balance 1 week ago..

I have no idea to start online bussiness because I don't have CC to pay domain or hosting, I always pay it with paypal.

I'm still want to earn online because I love it. I need an idea to earn with webmoney, liberty reserve, alertpay, wire transfer, check, or webmoney. Can you help me?
